At 70+ years of age, a mortgage for our second home was not our first choice. Bill readily made himself available for our many questions and concerns. His extensive knowledge of finances and mortgage trends assured us as to when to hold “em” and when to fold “em.” Bill added great advice concerning points to buy down the mortgage rate. Lastly, Bill worked with our personal finance team to coordinate our mortgage. No one wants a Mortage but if you have to have one, I will certainly return to NJ Lenders.
