I started my home buying journey 2 years ago trying to find the right house for me was already a nightmare at the time between it being a sellers market and flippers buy up everything I finally found a great deal on home and talked to someone I knew about needing to find a lender and went with the person they recommended. I had an awful experience with that lender the lack of communication, not explaining everything I was signing and on top of that at times being extremely rude! And on top of that I almost got completely railed in the deal. After that deal fell through it honestly put me off buying a home for a while. When kinda out of the blue my realtor from that time reached out and suggested possibly looking again and I took him up on the offer and looked at some houses in which I found a home I really liked (spoilers I found my dream home lol). After which I looked into some lenders on my own and was recommended one by my realtor he had a great experiences with both him and the buyers he was supporting and decided to give Bill and his team a call and see what's what. And it was a night and day experience! From the first introduction call I had with Bill where he laid out the road map and was honest about everything we talked about it just felt different. All of the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable and so supportive during the entire buying process. Everything was explained in great detail and everyone there was willing to answer any questions I had and if they didn't have an answer they always got back to me with the proper answer to my question, the road map to Home buying was laid out very clearly. I cannot thank Bill and his team enough for everything they did for me while buying a home and will be recommending NJ lenders specifically to Bill Mervin and his team to anyone and everyone I know buying a home going forward knowing he and his team will care for and support them during their home buying process making everything as smooth as possible.
